All clients participating in ‘Finca Panoramica’ Activity Breaks must have comprehensive travel insurance. Please give details of your travel insurance.

4) Payment Details and Booking Conditions:

For Bed and Breakfast/ Self guided holidays a 25% deposit of the total holiday fee is required to confirm your booking.

For Activity breaks a 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking with the remainder due 28 days prior to arrival.

Please complete the booking form and return it to us at ‘Finca Panoramica’ in order that we may process your booking and confirm the cost of your stay. We will then contact you with our bank details to enable deposit transfer. Once the deposit is received, your holiday will automatically become a confirmed booking. Please note that the deposit is not refundable for cancellations on confirmed bookings. The balance of your stay is payable in euros on arrival. Any extra activities or meals are payable locally.
